I am a program manager with well over a decade of project managing and coordinating experience in profit and non-profit organizations. My passion is to promote local RDI -cooperation, cities livelihood, well-being of the residents & citizen-participation in communities and the ethical dimension of management and leadership. I have demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, deliver the project goals successfully and to manage and coordinate multiple high profile projects simultaneously.

I consider education a lifelong journey. After graduating from the University of Vaasa in 2013, I have studied languages and adult education in Finnish Open University. Since 2015 I have been a PhD. student in the School of Management, University of Tampere.

Skills

I am very curious as a person. If I am in a situation at work where I need to learn how to use a new program or an app, I am up for it. I am also very idea rich and visual person. I like to think this is a strong asset in planning and executing e.g. project communication.
